SWICO board and members use this site to see how bills are progressing within committees of which it has particular interest and to communicate amongst themselves through the office e-mail database.
Members may be asked to contact legislators at anytime through the process to help for example move a study bill out of committee so that it can be debated or during debate for support/nonsupport of legislation which has a potential to eventually be enacted into law.
You may enter the bill number for example HF299 (House File 299) or SF299 (Senate File). The search engine will bring up the legislation itself and also show you the different versions as it travels between the House and Senate.
